Married with four children, one of which is currently attending Queen Charlotte College. I am a local Police Officer and look forward to furthering my involvement with Queen Charlotte College as Board Chairperson in 2016.
I was born and raised in Picton, escaped and returned as I believe we live in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. My partner Gerald and I have three daughters, with the youngest two attending QCC. I have 3 award winning Hair Salons in Marlborough and believe that education at work or at school is the backbone to any community. I have been on previous Boards of Trustees and am currently President of the Marlborough/Nelson Association of Registered Hairdressers.
Lives locally in Picton and works as Editor of the Seaport Scene. My husband Ben and I have two daughters, with the eldest attending Queen Charlotte College.
Pauline is a co-owner of Gregory Engineering Ltd with past QCC pupil Jason Gregory and together they employ a staff of 10. Both of their children attend QCC. Originally from Scotland, Pauline has been involved within the Picton community for over 20 years, actively giving her time to many voluntary organisations over the years. She currently holds a National role within the NZ Kennel Club coordinating the Junior Handlers and was a founding member in the set up and structure of the NZ Young Kennel Club. Pauline has been President and a committee member of the Marlborough Kennel Assn over the last 20 years. She has held a position on the Picton School Board for the last five years and she is very passionate about education and the highest success of all children.
I grew up in Picton and attended Queen Charlotte College, my husband Gavin and I have owned marine businesses in Picton for the past 20 years. We love being part of the Picton community and can't think of a better place in NZ to raise our three young children. As well as the marine industry, I have a background in travel, tourism and finance and hope that the skills I have gained in these areas, will help me fulfil my role on the QCC board.
I have been teaching at QCC since 1993 and was appointed Principal in 2016. I have been a Science teacher, I lead Aramoana to 8 years of Victory, HoD Science, Assistant Principal and Deputy Principal - leader of curriculum in that time as well as establishing and becoming the Director of the Aquaculture Academy.
I am married to Wayne. We have two children, Ben and Siris. I have been teaching at Queen Charlotte since 2010. Wayne is a relief teacher at the College as well. My main subject is Mathematics, but I also teach junior Technology.
I’m a 16 year old student at Queen Charlotte and have been attending the college for 5 years. I live 20 minutes out of Picton in the Queen Charlotte Sounds where my parents manage the Momorangi Bay shop and campsite. One thing I love about Queen Charlotte is it's family feel and it’s ability to punch above its weight despite being a small school. As the student representative on the Board of Trustees I aim to improve everyone's experience here at Queen Charlotte College and to make sure every student can say they feel the same way I do about our school.
